I had a delightful stay at a charming inn near shops, a shopping outlet, a train station, and a ski resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. The location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring the area. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Keiseki dinner served at the inn. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The meals were good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions and sightseeing. The communal bath was relaxing and provided a unique cultural experience.
The prices were quite high compared to other similar accommodations we have stayed at before. the rooms were a bit small and lacked some of the expected amenities, making the stay somewhat uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with traditional Japanese-style futon beds. The food was delicious with a wonderful selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. A very pleasant stay in a historic and well-located hotel. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious foods including homemade jams and roasted fish. the staff was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We also appreciated the small gardens throughout the hotel, which added to the peaceful atmosphere of the property.
The faded pink carpet in the hallway was a bit off-putting and could use an update. the chairs in the room looked old and a bit dirty, which took away from the otherwise beautiful decor.
